FINAL REPORT OUTLINING CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE GOVERNOR’S COMMITTEE ON ENERGY CHOICE TRANSMITTED TO GOVERNOR BRIAN SANDOVAL

LAS VEGAS, NV - July 06, 2018

Today, Lieutenant Governor Mark Hutchison announced transmission of the final report of the Governor's Committee on Energy Choice to Governor Brian Sandoval.

 

"In an effort to fully and thoroughly study the issues, the Committee has heard from policy and industry experts, local stakeholders, community advocates, regulators and former regulators, and other representatives from both the public and private sectors in Nevada and from around the nation," said Lt. Governor Mark Hutchison, Chairman of the Governor's Committee on Energy Choice. "I am grateful for each Committee member's input and insights. This report and the Committee's recommendations adhere to the governor's directives in forming the Committee and will prove to be a valuable resource should voters approve the Energy Choice Initiative again in November."

Generation, Transmission and Delivery

Innovation, Technology, and Renewable Energy
