NEVADA ENERGY CODE COLLABORATIVE (NECC)

The Nevada Energy Code Collaborative was established in 2012 as a collaboration between GOE and the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (SWEEP) to provide a platform for all interested stakeholders to gather and share issues, ideas, training opportunities, and new and innovative technologies.

The NECC includes representatives from a diverse group of Nevada stakeholders, including Building Officials, Sustainability Managers, Home Builders, Utilities, design professionals, energy efficiency experts and trade groups interested in energy codes and related topics.

NECC meets quarterly to provide updates on upcoming technologies in the industry, codes, and legislation relative to codes and energy efficiency initiatives. Each quarter an industry expert is invited to present to the group on a variety of topics.

If you are interested in participating in the collaborative either as an interested stakeholder or as a presenter, please contact Robin Yochum.
