NAC 701A - Renewable Energy Tax Abatement Rulemaking

The Governor’s Office of Energy (GOE) is proposing the adoption and amendment of regulations pertaining to Chapter 701A of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) relating to modifications and additions to NAC 701A which will facilitate compliance specifically regarding the renewable energy tax abatement program overseen by GOE, and other matters properly relating thereto.
